I think if there is any hardware stealing that we should be making it into the criminal law and I think that it could be catagories as the criminal action and according to the criminal law rule excally there is any chapter that could be in prison to everybody who stealing the other thing that belong to the other owner and according to the criminal law rule chapter 362 in the verse 1 saying that everyone whose stealing other property that belong to the other owner even it doing with co incident or not it could be sentence in jail for about 5 year and I think that every internet cafe could be reporting if there is any losing on their property to the autority and I think that is all and I hoping it could be usefull for many internet user and it was doing by the other side of internet cafe .
