The framework 3.5
for internet cafe

I think if you gonna be launching the voip that we should be using the framework 3.5 but I think that the internet cafe should be installing the framework 3.5 becuase the user and the other internet user is would be hard to installing this software but I think there is many aspect if we want to launching this application but I think this software is good and I think that is all and I hoping it could be usefull for many internet user . (e-software )
